EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

Items purchased from UNDRSTND are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

All items must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact, to be eligible for a return. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.

We recommend returning products in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection during shipping. We also recommend returning items using an insured and trackable delivery service for your protection.

Please note that returns are not currently free, and the customer is solely responsible for covering the cost of shipping any item purchased from us. We are also not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit, so we strongly recommend sending all returns using a tracked delivery service.

CHANGES

Items purchased from UNDRSTND are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

If your order has a discount and you wish to exchange it for another item (including a different color), the discount will be forfeited. If it's just a size exchange, the discount will be honored.

The customer must assume the shipping costs of exchanges. If the exchange is for a product of a lower or higher value, a refund will be issued or payment will be made through our exchanges and returns portal.
